I’m a stretch coach, always on the go with a passion for movement and creativity. I’m goal-driven, full of energy, and always open to trying something new—whether it’s learning how to craft jewelry, whipping up cakes, or playing the piano. I’m someone who cherishes kindness and empathy, and I’m always striving to balance my hyperactive side with moments of peace and reflection.

My days are filled with activities, whether it’s helping others stay flexible or exploring new hobbies. I adore Italian cuisine (as long as it’s not too spicy or greasy), and I have a soft spot for hydrangeas, spray roses, and peonies. My little Chihuahua, Monika, is my loyal sidekick. Travel is my happy place, and I’ve been fortunate to explore many corners of the world, from Spain to Sri Lanka.
